for us to provide service to you. Please make sure that the data
are complete and accurate. If you fail to provide us with the data
requested or data provided is inaccurate or incomplete, we may not
be able to provide the service to you.
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have a right to
request access to information about you held by us. If you wish
to do so, please complete the Data
Access Request Form, and return it at any post office or send
it to our Data Controlling Officer.
