The 4th Inter-School Stamp Exhibits Competition
To promote philately among students and increase their interests
in stamp collecting, Hongkong Post has organised the 4th Inter-School
Stamp Exhibits Competition, which is co-organised by Education and
Manpower Bureau.
The competition is open to all Hong Kong students of primary, secondary
schools as well as full-time students of tertiary institutions.
An exhibition will be held to display all winning and participating
entries from 29 March to 1 April 2003 at Hong Kong Central
Library. The Exhibition is open to the public and admission is free.

To commemorate the event, Hongkong Post will issue a souvenir cover
with special postmark and cachet on 29 March 2003. The sale arrangement
