Issue of Souvenir Cover to Commemorate Hongkong Post's Participation
in the Hong Kong Stampex 2003
A souvenir cover will be issued on 4 April 2003 to commemorate
Hongkong Post's participation in the Hong Kong Stampex 2003 stamp
exhibition. This exhibition organised by the Hong Kong Philatelic
Society is to be held from 4 to 6 April 2003 at the High Block of
City Hall, Central.
The cover will be available for sale at all philatelic offices
from 21 March 2003 to 4 April 2003. The price of the souvenir cover
is HK$2 each. There will be no sales booth of Hongkong Post at the
exhibition venue.
A special postmark and a cachet will be introduced for stamping
on the official souvenir cover and privately-made covers bearing
an indication of this event and a local address. Arrangements for
hand-back service and application of cachet are as follows:

together with the "Hong Kong Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park Prestige
Stamp Booklet" stamp products. |
