Hong Kong Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park Prestige Stamp Booklet
A Prestige Stamp Booklet and a souvenir cover depicting the marine
life and education facilities in the Hong Kong Hoi Ha Wan Marine
Park will be issued on 10 May 2003 (Saturday).
Inside this Booklet are two stamp sheetlets of which each bears
two stamps selected from the stamp issue of "Hong Kong, China
– Canada Joint Issue on Corals" issued on 19 May 2002.
A special feature of double perforation is applied on each stamp
sheetlet. The Prestige Stamp Booklet priced at HK$25 will be available
for sale at all post offices on 10 May 2003 and also at the following
WWF Hong Kong Panda Shops in Central and Mai Po:

As from 17 April 2003, the Prestige Stamp Booklet will be displayed
for advance information of the public at the General Post Office,
Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office, Tsuen Wan Post Office and Sha Tin Central
Post Office. Official souvenir covers at HK$1 each will be put on
sale at all post offices on the same day. Advance orders for servicing
self-provided souvenir covers will be accepted at all post offices
from 17 to 26 April 2003.
All post offices (except mobile post offices) will open as per
normal Saturday business hours on 10 May 2003 to provide a full
range of counter services. Hand-back service will be provided at
the post offices on 10 May 2003 to official and privately-made souvenir
covers bearing an indication of the event and a local address. The
"GPO-1" datestamp, "Philatelic Bureau" pictorial
postmark and the philatelic office pictorial postmark of respective
offices will also be available for hand-back service at all philatelic
offices on that day.
The public hall of the Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau on 1/F.,
Trade Square, 681 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon, will also open from
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for datestamping covers with the "Philatelic
Bureau" pictorial postmark, the "GPO-1" postmark
as well as the special postmark.
