"The Most Favourite 2002 Special Stamp Issue" Election
The "Christmas Stamps" has been elected as "The
Most Favourite 2002 Special Stamp Issue" with the highest number
of votes. Ten lucky winners were drawn from the identified entries.
Each winner was awarded with a 2002 Annual Stamp Pack autographed
by the stamp designer of "Christmas Stamps", Mr. Ken Li'.
