Special Announcement Postponement of Special Stamp Issue on
"World Heritage in China"
The special stamps on "World Heritage in China", originally
scheduled for issue on 12 June 2003 (Thursday), will be postponed
to 25 November 2003 (Tuesday). The postponement is due to
a technical flaw in the stamp printing process. On or before 12
June 2003, customers may bring their purchased First Day Covers
to any post office to exchange for HK$2 each. Alternatively, they
may bring their purchased First Day Covers to our post offices from
4 to 25 November 2003 for exchanging the new First Day Covers. First
Day Covers bearing the initial issue date of 12 June 2003 are acceptable
for handback service on 25 November 2003. We apologize for any inconvenience
