Relax on use of 'Philatelic Bureau' Pictorial Postmark on Holidays
To provide better convenience to philatelists and organizations
producing souvenir covers for celebration on a particular date,
the Hongkong Post "Philatelic Bureau" Pictorial Postmark
will be relaxed for use on holidays with effect from 1 October
2003.
Postal items intended for cancellation by Hongkong Post "Philatelic
Bureau" pictorial postmark on holidays are accepted at the
Reception Counter of Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau on 1/F., Trade
Square, 681 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon, at least one working day
before the scheduled date. The lead time for processing large number
of mail items will be subject to confirmation by Hongkong Post Philatelic
Bureau. All items intended for this service must be fully prepaid.
They may either be collected in person on the specified date or
delivered as addressed.
