Autograph Session of the "Hong Kong, China - Sweden Joint
Issue on Waterbirds" Special Stamp
Hongkong Post will issue the "Hong Kong, China - Sweden Joint
Issue on Waterbirds" on 4 October 2003. We have the
honour to have the world-class stamp engraver, Mr. Czeslaw Slania
to participate at the autograph session after the issuing ceremony
on 4 October 2003 at the General Post Office Counter Hall.
Chip allotment will be arranged for this autograph session with
a quota of 30 on a first-come-first-served basis. The chips will
be distributed on 4 October 2003 from 8:00 a.m. onward at
the General Post Office (near the west entrance, at G/F). Each customer
secured with the chip is entitled to have two self-provided First
Day Covers or Souvenir Covers (each cover must be affixed with valid
Hong Kong postage stamp of HK$1.40 or above) autographed by the
officiating guests, Mr. Czeslaw Slania (stamp engraver) and Mr.
Arde Lam (stamp designer). The autograph session will be conducted
after the issuing ceremony at around 11:45 a.m.
Hongkong Post reserves the right to cancel the autograph session
and change the format of the chip distribution without prior notice.
