Gathering for Local Standing Order Service Account Customers
To enhance communication with Local Standing Order Service Account
customers, Hongkong Post organized a special reaching out gathering
on 20 September 2003. About 50 customers were randomly selected
and cordially invited to join the event. The function started with
a tour of the Philatelic Bureau, where all philatelic products are
produced and the LSOS hotline center is operated there. Most customers
found the process of stamp-bursting and stamp-affixing very interesting.
A brief presentation on the 2004 Local Standing Order Service was
followed after the tour. Light refreshment was served during an
exchange of views and ideas. Customers were enthusiastic in offering
suggestions and recommendations of stamp designs and philatelic
services. The event gave us valuable feedback directly from customers
for future service enhancement.
