5th Inter-School Stamp Exhibits Competition
To promote philately among students and increase their interests
in stamp collecting, Hongkong Post has organised the 5th Inter-School
Stamp Exhibits Competition, which is co-organised by Education and
Manpower Bureau.
All winning exhibits and submitted entries will be displayed at
the HONG KONG 2004 Stamp Expo to be held at Hall 1, Hong Kong Convention
and Exhibition Centre from 30 January (Friday) to 3 February
2004 (Tuesday).
Hongkong Post will issue a souvenir cover to commemorate the event.
Hand-back service with special postmark will be provided and cachet
will be available for application on 30 January 2004. Arrangement
for sale of the souvenir cover is as follows:-

For 2004 Local Standing Order Service customers who have successfully
ordered the “Datestamped Special Souvenir Cover –
