Service Excellence Award 2003
The Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence was founded
in February 2000 with a mission to foster customer service excellence
in Hong Kong, particularly among its members. The Association currently
has 13 member organizations from different service sectors including
Hongkong Post which are all renowned for their exemplary service
performance. The annual Customer Service Excellence Award Scheme
is organized by the Association to recognize outstanding customer
service and to further promote a customer–oriented culture
within member organizations. Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau Hotline
is proud to be the winner of the Function Award (Hotline Service)
– Gold Award in this year’s competition.
