Hongkong Post's Participation in the "Stamp Exhibition
for Families"
Hongkong Post will participate in the "Stamp Exhibition for
Families" organised by The Commercial Press (HK) Limited and
co-organised by Hongkong Post and the China Philatelic Association
to promote philately. This exhibition will be held from 22 April
to 2 May 2005 at 3/F., Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha
Tsui, Kowloon.
The admission is free and the opening hours of the Exhibition are
as follows:

11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. |
Hongkong Post will display running sheets of previous Children
Stamps issues. No sales booth will be set up by Hongkong Post at
the venue. Hongkong Post will not issue any product for this event.
Hence, no special hand-back datestamping service will be available
at post offices or at the exhibition venue.
A souvenir cover design competition, namely "Stamp Exhibition
for Families", will be held for children aged between 6 and
15. Application forms for this competition are available at book
centres of The Commercial Press (HK) Limited. Winning entries will
be displayed at the exhibition venue from 25 April to 2 May 2005
and at the Postal Gallery from 12 to 25 May 2005.
