"Public Favourite Stamp 2004 Voting" Held in the Mainland
China
"Centenary of the Birth of Deng Xiaoping" Special Stamps
and Stamp Sheetlet issued by Hongkong Post was named the "Public
Favourite Hong Kong Stamp" in this activity.
The activity was jointly organized by The Centre of International
Cultural Exchange, China, China Philately Online (www.jiyou.net),
«China Philately News», «China Collection &
Auction Herald», «Post Weekly», Trade Network
for Collector (www.CangNet.com),
and China Jiyou Online (www.CNJY.com.cn),
and was co-organized by Hongkong Post, Macao Post and the China
Association of Collector. Votes were collected through the «China
Philately News» and China Philately Online (www.jiyou.net)
from 19 April to 10 May 2005. More than 66,000 votes were received
from local and overseas philatelists.
Hongkong Post has taken part in the activity for the past 5 years,
