2006 Local Standing Order Service

There will be one definitive stamp issue, ten special stamp issues and other associated stamp products to be issued in 2006. The 2006 stamp will take you on a wonderful journey into the joyous and magical world of stamps. Advance ordering for 2006 stamp issues will be accepted with effect from 9 September 2005 (Friday) through the 2006 Local Standing Order Service (2006 LSOS).

Customers may obtain 2006 LSOS application forms and service guides at all post offices from 9 September 2005 onwards and at the Commercial Press bookstores during 9 September and 3 October 2005. Applicants can return the completed application forms at any post office (except Mobile Post Offices), by post to Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau or make on-line application at www.stamponnet.hongkongpost.com. Please note that the 2006 LSOS application form and service guide have been posted to 2005 Local Standing Order Service customers from 7 September 2005 onwards. The minimum order amount for each account is HK$50. However, there is no limit on order quantity during the incentive period of 2006 LSOS from 9 September to 3 October 2005.

Early Bird's Bonus Scheme

The "Early Bird's Bonus Scheme" offers you the chance to redeem exclusive gifts including the special one "2006 Philatelic Ambassador - Snoopy's Heartwarming Stamps Mini-pane II", as well as other invaluable stamp products, which have never been up for sale. From now until 3 October 2005, you will receive one bonus point for every dollar you spend on advance ordering. Roadshows

To promote the 2006 Local Standing Order Service (LSOS), Hongkong Post will organise roadshows at the selected post offices as well as the shopping centres. Customers returning the 2006 LSOS application forms with spending of HK$50 or above (per application form) at the roadshow venues below will receive a "Little Bear charm" while stock lasts.
