New International Reply Coupon

A new International Reply Coupon by the Universal Postal Union will be issued for sale at all post offices as from 1 September 2006 (Friday). The selling price of the International Reply Coupon is at HK$14 each and is exchangeable till 31 December 2009.

International Reply Coupons are exchangeable in any foreign country of the Universal Postal Union for one or more postage stamps representing the minimum postage prepayable on an unregistered priority item or an unregistered letter sent abroad by air.
