"Centenary Special" International Reply Coupon

The International Reply Coupon (IRC) will be 100 years old in 2007, having been introduced in 1907. The Universal Postal Union will issue a "Centenary Special" International Reply Coupon to mark the centenary of the IRC.

This "Centenary Special" International Reply Coupon will be put on sale in the first quarter of 2007 (tentative). The selling price of this IRC is at HK$14 each. The price and use of this "Centenary Special" International Reply Coupon is the same as the existing IRC.
