Renovation of Sheung Wan Post Office

The Sheung Wan Post Office has been in operation in the existing premises since 1991. It is necessary to improve the general condition of the office in order to provide better services for the public.

To enhance its facilities, Sheung Wan Post Office will be temporarily closed after close of business on 18 October 2008 (Saturday), until December 2008. The date of its resumption of operation will be announced in due course.

During the renovation period, the existing Post Office Box Service, Collection of Mail and Local Standing Order Service at the office will remain in normal operation to serve the customer.   

Please note that there will be no sale of philatelic products during the renovation period.  And no hand-back service will be provided on 18 October 2008.
