Stamp Designer Autograph Session

Hongkong Post will issue a set of special stamps on "Year of the Tiger" on 6 February 2010. Stamp Designer, Mr. Bon KWAN, will be present for Autograph Session, which will be held on that day from 9:30am to 10:30am, at Counter Hall, 1/F General Post Office. No chip will be distributed. Each person is entitled to have 5 First Day Covers or Souvenir Covers (must be affixed with valid Hong Kong stamp with postage of $1.4 or above) to be signed by the stamp designer at a time.

Hongkong Post reserves the rights to alter the arrangements or cancel the Autograph Session without prior notice.
