Children Stamps - Paper Folding Fun Design Competition

Background
Hongkong Post is going to organize the Children Stamps Design Competition, which was well-received since 2001. The competition aims at promoting philately, an educational hobby among students, parents, teachers and educationists. It is also a way to stimulate the interest of the general public, especially children, in stamp collecting for grooming lifelong philatelists.
Participants are encouraged to stretch their imagination through paper folding this year and demonstrate their creative talent in art. As usual, the winning entries may be adopted in the design of Children Stamps to be issued in 2008 for our winners to experience great excitement and satisfaction of being the stamp designers.
Eligibility
All Hong Kong Special Administrative Region residents are welcomed to participate in the competition.
Groups

Individual Awards:
| A Champion, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up and 5 Merit Awardees will be chosen from each division. The awardees will receive the following prizes: |

Deadline
Deadline for submission of application form: 5 January 2007
Announcement of Results
The results will be announced at the Hongkong Post Stamps website (www.hongkongpoststamps.com) in February 2007. All winners will be notified by mail.
